ATHLETICS SUCCESS!
|
|
Dobcroft Athletes did extremely well in the qualifying round of the City Athletics Championships, with many 1st places and both relay teams as winners. The Finals take place at Woodbourn Road on Thursday 3rd July at 4 p.m.

Thursday 5th June is World Environment Day.
We will be holding a "Green" week w/b Monday 7th July.

Year of Reading Focus Week
2nd - 6th June
There are some great websites to explore which support the Year of Reading.

Friday 6th June welcomed the Roving Book Shop to school and saw a fabulous array of characters from books in school.
Many thanks to all those who made a great effort to dress up. Watch this space for photos soon!
Thank you also to those who bought books. We spent the £300 commission on fiction books for the library.
